  • Utilisation of recycled materials: EnviraBoard manufactures high-quality building boards using secondary waste from recycled paper production. This approach not only diverts waste from incineration or landfill but also reduces the demand for virgin materials, contributing to a circular economy.
  • Carbon-negative manufacturing: By repurposing paper sludge waste, a byproduct of paper recycling, EnviraBoard’s production process results in a net reduction of carbon emissions compared to traditional disposal methods.

Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy

  • Energy-efficient operations: EnviraBoard is investing in energy-efficient machinery and cleaner production technologies to minimise energy consumption during manufacturing.
  • Renewable energy adoption: we are researching renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind, to power our production facilities, thereby reducing reliance on fossil fuels and lowering overall carbon emissions.

Waste Reduction and Circular Economy

  • Product recyclability: EnviraBoards are designed to be fully recyclable. Waste boards and off-cuts can be processed to produce new boards, ensuring materials remain in use and reducing landfill waste.
